Founded in 2016 with the analytical approach of textile engineering, ASN Tekstil places quality, standardisation and innovation at the centre of its journey from yarn to finished fabric. By blending the academic vision of Ege University with hands-on engineering experience on the production floor, we respond to the dynamic needs of the sector quickly and professionally.
Our move to a modern production facility in Bursa and the integrated dyehouse investment we added have been among the most important steps of our growth strategy. Through this integration, we have become a strong industrial enterprise able to manage the entire knitting, dyeing and finishing process under one roof with maximum quality control and efficiency.
To fully meet our customers' both standard and specific fabric requests (custom jacquard, variable weight, etc.) with our wide machine park and production infrastructure based on industrial automation. To add engineering-focused value to our sector with sustainable production models that are harmless to human health and have a low ecological footprint, in full compliance with Oeko-Tex, GOTS and ISO standards.
To carry the expertise we have gained in mechanical finishing — which defines the character of fabrics such as fleece and velvet — and in surface finishing at "Operatore di Garzatura" standards to the international arena. Data-driven production.
At our facility built on the foundations of textile engineering, we make our production decisions with data. From the optimisation of factory energy costs to machine depreciation and shift planning, we track all production metrics in real time with custom-developed data analysis systems. In light of the data we obtain from field hardware, we continuously improve our production processes and turn our cost advantage into quality.
International standards at every stage.
At every stage of our production processes, we base our work on international quality standards and environmental awareness. In accordance with the standards of our Oeko-Tex, GOTS and ISO certificates, we adopt a production model that is both sensitive to human health and sustainable, with a low ecological footprint.
