The entire process from knitting to dyeing and advanced finishing is managed under one roof at our facility in Bursa, with an engineering infrastructure.
Monthly production capacity of 150–200 tons.
We focus mainly on the production of high-quality fleece and velvet fabrics. Thanks to our wide and diverse knitting park of 32 state-of-the-art machines, we can respond flexibly and quickly to special pattern and weight requests as well as standard production.
Using advanced industrial systems such as LS iG5A motor drive (inverter) technologies, we keep yarn tension and rotation precision at an optimum, standardising structural integrity and quality even in the most demanding fabric structures.
Colour and hand feel, controlled at a micro level.
We carry out the colouring and surface-finishing processes that determine the final quality of the fabric at our fully integrated dyehouse with a capacity of 200–250 tons per month. We monitor the temperature and recipe stability in dyeing processes at a micro level with Omron E5EC industrial automation systems.
We stand out with our expertise at Operatore di Garzatura standards, especially in mechanical finishing that determines the hand feel and character of the fabric. We perfectly achieve the targeted volume, softness and visual effect in all fabrics, primarily fleece and velvet.
